The restaurant serves Italian specialities, as well as specialities from Aosta Valley such as fondue, carbonada (meat cooked in red wine), polenta and stew.

We have the possibility to offer menu for vegetarians and vegans, celiacs (gluten free food) and children. The wine list favours wines from Aosta Valley which are now enjoying an excellent reputation worldwide. The most popular are Enfer, Torrette, Syrah, Pinot Noir, Blanc de Morgex and Petit Arvine. Italian classical wines such as Chianti, Amarone, Barbera, Dolcetto, Barbaresco etc are also present in the Hotel’s wine list.

Day by day you can decide which option you prefer: Bed and Breakfast, Half Board or Full Board (available only in summer).
